The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player is found to be under 21 years of age. Any winnings accrued by an underage Player will be forfeited in full.
The kaca14 Platform is intended to serve players resident in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws and regulations. Each Player may hold only one Account on the kaca14 Platform. Attempting to open, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether in your own name or via a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances, including winnings, will be voided.
You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update that information promptly whenever it changes. Supplying false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and any active bonus funds will be removed from your Account. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method.
Before any withdrawal can be processed, all Players must complete the Company's KYC verification process. The following documents are typically required:

KYC verification is typically completed within 1–24 business hours. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe after a request is made may result in Account restriction or closure.
The kaca14 Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and the e-wallet services OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
The minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rp 50,000. The maximum single deposit via bank transfer is Rp 100,000,000. E-wallet minimum deposits are Rp 20,000 with a maximum of Rp 10,000,000 per transaction. The Company reserves the right to amend these limits with reasonable notice.
Deposits made via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri during normal banking hours are typically credited to your Account Balance within five minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or via CIMB Niaga and OCBC NISP may take up to 24 hours to be credited. The Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawals may only be requested to the same payment method used to make a deposit, subject to payment method availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within 1–24 hours. The Company does not guarantee same-day processing in all circumstances. First-time withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks.
The Company reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if: (a) the Player's Account has not been fully KYC-verified; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have not been met; or (d) any investigation relating to the Account is ongoing.
Note on Fees: kaca14 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges, which are beyond the Company's control.
All bonuses and promotional offers available on the kaca14 Platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Where a conflict exists between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotional terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 30 times the bonus amount. Real-money funds and Bonus Funds are kept separately in your Account Balance. Real-money funds are wagered first by default. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements; slot games typically contribute 100% while table games may contribute 10–20% — precise contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
The Company actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, employing low-risk betting strategies to complete wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have their Bonus Funds and any associated winnings forfeited and their Account closed.
Bonus Funds and free spins expire as specified in the relevant promotional terms. Typically, bonuses expire 30 days after they are credited to your Account. Upon expiry, any unconverted Bonus Funds are automatically removed from your Balance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its international gaming licence. The choice of governing law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under Indonesian law.
